Founded in June 2010 as a project of The Soul Currency Institute by Chu (Chairman and CFO), Jeffrey Lord (CEO and President) and David Yakerson (COO and Vice President of Development), Green States Energy develops public/private partnerships with small to medium-sized cities that control their own utilities and want to build solar generation facilities.
